winter wonder veggie garden land

they come from the land of the ice and snow.
the little gnome fellas dig the ice.

even though it had melted by the early afternoon, i was so excited about getting a little bit of winter weather friday night. and it seems as if some of the veggies survived. which means i really need to get in gear and eat some goodies out of the garden before it's to late. here's a quick look......

F this, i'm heading to florida.

the hydrangea has officially gone to sleep for the winter.

sad strawberries and ice.
now that's a combo i don't see everyday.

the garden gets some ice.

the cilantro is not phased.

the lettuce is still kicking it and just might end up as lunch tomorrow.

the chinese cabbage is struggling.

mustard greens don't seem to bothered by the cold.

i think the spinach likes it.

check out this parsley seedling truckin along.

don't worry mr. keebs. i know it hurts your eyes, but it's melting fast.
